What may cause salmonellosis?

If notproperly handled, Salmonella bacteria can double every 20 minutes and a singlebacterium can multiply into more than a million in 6 hours. But, eggs mayremain safety through good hygiene, proper cooking, adequate refrigeration andsuitable handling practices.
